Immune Boosting Quarantine Soup Recipe

Rainy days indoors during the quarantine call for warming and nutritious eats. One of my favorite go to recipes is some kind of chicken soup with any vegetables I have on hand. Today, that was spinach and frozen green beans. I also added in ginger, garlic and onions because they contain antimicrobial properties which are great for immune health. I amped up the immune support with organic chicken bone broth which helps nourish and strengthen the body (it’s a Kidney tonic- if you’re familiar with TCM.)

One of my favorite things about nutritious cooking is that it also lends itself to self care. Self care at home is everything nowadays because ain’t nobody got time to get the Corona! Also, no judgments here if you eat the soup with steamed rice or salt and vinegar chips. I may have done both.
